YASH SINGH · INFORMATION SYSTEMS
I make business systems
make sense.
I study how people, data, and technology work together inside organizations — then design systems that help people make better decisions.

Move from disconnected signals to one clear decision.
Figure 0. Information systems connect business processes, data, and the people who use them. Every project below starts at that intersection.
FEATURED CASE STUDY
Operating a real business
At Floral Station Deli, the problem was not a lack of software. It was that orders, inventory, vendors, scheduling, and online sales all lived in different places.
I designed and implemented an e-commerce website, point-of-sale integration, and Excel-based inventory automation while managing daily operations and a six-person team. My résumé reports a 32% increase in sales and an 18% reduction in waste.
Map the actual workflow
Follow an order from customer entry through preparation, payment, fulfillment, and reporting.
Remove duplicate work
Bring online and in-store demand into one operating view instead of parallel processes.
Expose decisions
Turn sales and stock data into practical signals: prepare, reorder, or investigate.

SYSTEMS ANALYSIS
How I think
A good system is not the one with the most features.
It is the one that gives the right person the right information, removes a needless step, and makes the next decision obvious.
